Ordering Process
Ordering Process
- Select the Cookie Size and Packaging Option.
- Choose your flavours one or more of lemon, lime, vanilla & passionfruit.
- Complete any customisation request boxes including colour themes, design selection or modifications you would like made.
- Write in your personal message (don't forget to say who it's from!)
- Let us know when they need to be delivered by. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days. We use an overnight courier service but we normally allow an extra day for courier hiccups.
- If you have any design modifications we'll be in touch for you to approve the designs before we go to print. If you haven't heard from us within two working day please get check your junk folder and get in touch.

Most of our text designs can have their colours and fonts changed on request.
For personalisation requests, we will respond within two business days with your requested designs for approval. If you do not receive a response, please check your spam folder and contact us if required.

Storage and Shelf Life
Storage and Shelf Life
Cookies have a minimum shelf life of 2 months at time of delivery. Keep in a cool, dark location to prevent print fading. But we doubt they'll last that long.
Sustainable Packaging
Sustainable Packaging
Cookies are individually wrapped for maximum freshness and to protect the print quality. Cookies in boxes have a flavour sticker on the back. Bulk Cookies have a sticker with the flavour and allergens.
Cookie bags and stickers are home compostable. Cardboard boxes are recyclable.
