Do you have gluten free personalised cookies?
At this stage, we don’t offer gluten free personalised cookies NZ-wide. Our bakery uses wheat flour, and we can’t guarantee there won’t be cross-contamination. We do hope to expand our range in the future.
Are Bite & Delight Mallows gluten free?
Our Mallows don’t contain gluten ingredients, but they are packed on the same equipment as our cookies. While we clean between products, there may be a small risk of cross-contamination.
Do you have a minimum order quantity for personalised cookies?
No we don’t have a minimum order quantity. Whether you need just a few personalised cookies for a small gift or a large bulk order for an event, Bite & Delight can make it happen.
How long do personalised cookies last?
Our personalised cookies have a minimum shelf life of two months from delivery. Store them in a cool, dark place to keep the shortbread fresh and prevent the white chocolate print from fading.
Can you deliver personalised cookies across New Zealand?
Yes, we ship nationwide, so you can send personalised cookies anywhere in NZ, whether it’s to one office or multiple locations for events and campaigns.
Can I ship personalised cookies overseas?
Yes. Many of our customers send cookies internationally. Just declare them as packaged cookies on the customs form, and you’re good to go.
What flavours do your personalised cookies come in?
Our cookies are topped with smooth white chocolate in lemon, lime, vanilla, or passionfruit flavours.
What sizes are available for personalised cookies?
We offer four sizes: Small (4 cm), Medium (5 cm), Large (6 cm), and Extra Large (7 cm). Perfect for everything from giveaways to premium gifts.
Can you print my logo or photo on cookies?
Yes! Unlike fondant cookies that can only be stamped, we print directly onto white chocolate in full colour logos, photos, or campaign designs.
Do you offer bulk personalised cookie orders for events?
Absolutely. Whether you need 50 cookies or 5,000, we can customise and deliver NZ-wide for conferences, product launches, weddings, and more.
