Shipping and Returns

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Physical Address

You must provide a physical address for the delivery of our product. 

We are unable to courier product to a P.O. Box. 

 

Overseas Orders

Currently we are unable to send orders overseas.  Shipping is restricted to New Zealand only.  We are able to recieve orders from overseas and ship within New Zealand.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@biteanddeligth with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns Policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, all product present, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
No exchanges are available. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be arranged. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
